SHIDEH ANDIDEH.
I didn't choose the pastry life. The pastry life chose me.
My name is Shideh (Pronounced She-day), my friends and family call me Shi.
I'm a proud Oregonian, Beaver Believer, cheese enthusiast and advid shoe collector.
Most importantly, I'm a trained pastry chef thanks to the amazing chef instructors at The French Pastry School in Chicago, Illinois.
